I am committed to helping clients with difficult life transitions and relationships. I work with individuals struggling with trauma, codependency, depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, relationship difficulties, divorce adjustment, sexual behavior, and other issues. I work with couples and families to reduce conflict and to develop more secure and loving relationships.
Everyone is different. By utilizing my knowledge of different schools of therapy, I can customize counseling to meet the needs of each individual, couple or family. I am trained in family systems, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR for individuals dealing with trauma and grief. I use a sexual health approach to sexual behavioral issues. I also certified to use the Prepare Enrich assessment for premarital and couples counseling.
